What is Nidèra?
Nidèra is Italian browser-based management software for hosts renting out 1 to 15 holiday homes or short-let flats. It brings together in one screen the booking calendar, cleaning, Italian police registration police registrations, ISTAT statistics, tourist tax, suggested prices, reviews and Google campaigns.
Can I change prices and calendar in plain words?
Yes. Write as you speak, for example “raise all of December by 10%”, “at Christmas never below 450” or “close from 5 to 12 April”. The AI prepares the change, you check it and with one click you apply it on Beds24, and so on every portal.
How much does it cost?
€100 per month + VAT for up to 2 apartments, plus €50 per month + VAT for each additional apartment. The demo is free, with no sign-up. All prices (in Italian)
What does Nidèra automate?
It reads bookings from the channel manager, creates cleaning shifts and sends them to your cleaners, prepares police registrations from a photo of the ID, calculates the tourist tax, suggests a price for every night and drafts replies to reviews. Nothing leaves Nidèra without your confirmation.
Does it work with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes, through your channel manager: bookings from Booking.com, Airbnb and your own site reach Nidèra via Beds24, which is already connected. For other channel managers we build the connection when you start.
Does it replace a channel manager?
No. The channel manager syncs availability and prices with the booking sites; Nidèra works on top of it and organises everything else. If you don't have one, you can start by entering bookings by hand.
Who is Nidèra for?
For anyone renting out one to fifteen flats or holiday homes, alone or with a small team. No technical or revenue management experience needed.
Does it only work with Beds24?
No. Nidèra connects to the PMS or channel manager you already use: bookings from Booking, Airbnb and your own site come in on their own. Beds24 is ready today; for the others we build the connection when you start. You can also begin by entering bookings by hand.
Can the AI change prices or campaigns by itself?
No. Nidèra prepares a proposal and explains the reason. You confirm every change, always within the limits you set.
Does it really file guest registrations with the Italian police?
Yes, through the official service with your own credentials. You can check the data before sending, and the receipt is kept.
Where is the data kept?
On servers in the European Union, separated per account and protected by nightly backups.
Who is behind Nidèra?
Nidèra was born in Trentino, built by someone who runs two flats in Val di Fiemme: Residenza Larici in Bellamonte uses Nidèra every day for bookings, cleaning, police registrations and pricing.
